Tolls and airport entry are charged at actuals, as everywhere in Bangalore. All rates are applicable from 6am to 10pm. Night charges apply outside these hours. Give us the flight number and the driver tracks the actual arrival, so a delayed flight does not cost you the cab.

For a day of meetings, a wedding, or errands across town. The package covers the hours and the kilometres; anything past either is charged at the rate shown.

How an outstation bill is worked out
Say two days in a Sedan A/C, and the car covers 500 km over the two days. The daily minimum is 300 km, so the trip bills at 600 km whichever way it goes.
Drive further and you pay for what you drove. Drive less and you pay the minimum. Either way you are told the rate before you leave, not the total, because nobody knows the total until the car comes back.

What the price includes
Included
The car, the driver and fuel. On an airport transfer the figure above is the whole fare.
Charged at cost
Tolls, parking, airport entry, and interstate or RTO permits on outstation trips. Shown on the bill as they were paid.
Payment
Cash or UPI at the end of the trip. Nothing is taken when you book, and there is no card machine in the car.
Night running
All rates are applicable from 6am to 10pm. Night charges apply outside these hours.
Flight delays
Give us the flight number and the driver tracks the actual arrival, so a delayed flight does not cost you the cab.
