Local

By the hour, inside the city

For a day of meetings, a wedding, or errands across town. The package covers the hours and the kilometres; anything past either is charged at the rate shown.

Local hourly package fares by vehicle
Vehicle 4 hrs / 40 km 8 hrs / 80 km Extra km Extra hour Book
Sedan A/C 4+1 seater 1,300 2,500 ₹18/km ₹200/hr Book
Toyota Innova 7+1 seater 3,500 ₹20/km ₹250/hr Book
Innova Crysta 7+1 seater 3,799 ₹25/km ₹250/hr Book
Innova Hycross Hybrid 7+1 seater 4,200 ₹25/km ₹300/hr Book
Tempo Traveller Non A/C 12+1 seater 4,499 ₹25/km ₹350/hr Book
Tempo Traveller A/C 12+1 seater 4,799 ₹30/km ₹400/hr Book

Time and kilometres are calculated from the pickup point. A dash means that vehicle is not offered on that package.

Outstation

Out of the city, by the kilometre

Mysore, Coorg, Ooty, Tirupati and 50 destinations in all. Billed on the kilometres actually driven, with a daily minimum and the driver's allowance.

Outstation per-kilometre rates by vehicle
Vehicle Per km Driver bata, per day Minimum per day
Sedan A/C 4+1 seater ₹14/km 400 300 km
Toyota Innova 7+1 seater ₹18/km 500 300 km
Innova Crysta 7+1 seater ₹21/km 500 300 km
Innova Hycross Hybrid 7+1 seater ₹23/km 500 300 km
Tempo Traveller Non A/C 12+1 seater ₹22/km 600 300 km
Tempo Traveller A/C 12+1 seater ₹25/km 600 300 km

No total is shown because an outstation trip is billed on the distance actually driven, over however many days it takes. Permits and tolls are at cost.

How an outstation bill is worked out

Say a two-day trip in a Sedan A/C, and the car covers 500 km over the two days. The daily minimum is 300 km, so two days bill at 600 km whichever way it goes.

Drive further than that and you pay for what you drove. Drive less and you pay the minimum. Either way you are told the rate before you leave, not the total, because nobody knows the total until the car comes back.

600 km at ₹14/km 8,400
Driver bata, 2 days at ₹400 800
Before tolls and permits 9,200

A worked example, not a quote. Your trip is billed on its own distance and days.

What the price includes

The car, the driver, and fuel. On an airport transfer the figure above is the whole fare.

Charged at cost

Tolls, parking, airport entry, and interstate or RTO permits on outstation trips. Shown on the bill as they were paid.

Payment

Cash or UPI at the end of the trip. Nothing is taken when you book.

Night running

All rates are applicable from 6am to 10pm. Night charges apply outside these hours.

Waiting

Give us the flight number and the driver tracks the actual arrival, so a delayed flight does not cost you the cab.

Bigger groups

Bus and mini bus available, 20, 28, 33, 35 and 50 seater, AC and non-AC.

The airport fares are fixed: what you see is what you pay, whatever the traffic does. Local packages are fixed for the hours and kilometres shown, with the extra rates applying beyond them. Outstation is per kilometre, so the total depends on the trip.

No. The fare is agreed before you travel and it does not move because it is raining or because it is 6pm.

The driver's allowance for a day away from home, covering their food and stay on an outstation trip. It is a per-day figure, shown in the table above, and it is the same whoever is driving.

Because it is not known until the trip is over. An outstation trip is billed on the kilometres actually driven, over however many days it actually takes. A total published beforehand is a guess, and a guess is something you would rightly hold us to.

All rates are applicable from 6am to 10pm. Night charges apply outside these hours.

Cash or UPI at the end of the trip. Nothing is taken when you book, and there is no card machine in the car.
